Yes, we offer 14-day returns on unworn, non-customized products. Unfortunately, custom or engraved items can't be returned unless faulty—but we’ll always work to make it right.

Processing your order takes between 1 - 3 days, this is where the magic happens and we personally attach your selected charm(s). Standard delivery within Australia then takes 3-10 business days, outside of Perth, Western Australia. International delivery may take longer depending on location.
