Returns & Exchanges – Because Happiness Should Be Mutual
At Charmed Paws, we want you (and your pet) to absolutely love your purchase. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it as smooth and sparkly as possible.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
In its original, unused condition
Unworn and unwashed
Free of pet fur, scents, or damage
In original packaging with all tags attached
Please note:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized, engraved, or personalized items (like name charms or custom bead sets), unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@charmedpaws.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description.
We'll provide you with a return address and instructions.
Package your item safely, using eco-conscious materials if you can!
Return Shipping Costs
We currently do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges may take slightly longer depending on stock availability, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Damaged or Faulty Items?
We stand by our craftsmanship and want your collar to be as perfect as your pet. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we’ll replace it or issue a refund—your choice.
