Shipping Times and Delays

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched.

Charmed Paws Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers or customs processing. If a package is returned due to customs rejection or unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

International Shipping

Charmed Paws Pty Ltd ships internationally; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
